Vodafone deducting my mobile balance by activating services



Vodafone Service is automatically getting activated on my number.
I am getting some message on my mobile screen which deducting my money. I called to customer care and the executive told me that Vodafone flash message service is activated and executive told me that I have used net that’s why this deduction is happening, even my Vodafone live service is deactivated and I have not used internet and I have not activated any flash service.

VODAFONE CUSTOMER CARE IS SIMPLY USELESS and they are making money by FRAUDING PEOPLE.

Datawind not providing my refund

Now its all over about Datawind. On 23rd may i started a complaint in grahak seva.The Datawind official response said that my query has forwarded to the concern department and my query will be solved as soon as possible. But till 29th may there was no action taken for my refund by them. I tried to contact them via email but no response from their side.They have provided me a wrong awb number ofblue dart(69000498663).

If i use my order number as a reference number (*PME1F3D3CE46*) to track my courier its showing information of different person though the order was mine.It seems that they have given device of my money to their relative living in Amritsar named Ankush. A have the proof of DD sent to you.All the emails are saved in my inbox.They offered me Ubislate7ci with extra payment of 500/- I accepted the offer 4 months back. But i don't have any faith on you.Waiting since 1 year for a 3rd class device which is having a lot of problems in software and hardware too.As i am astudent i have a lot of value for thismoney.Want my money back as soon as possible.

Fraudulent claims by Sony Xperia

I recently purchased a Sony Xperia L on the 25th of May 2013 from the mobile store in Ambience mall, Vasant Kunj. On the same day there was an advertisement on the fifth page of Hindustan Times which said that any Airtel customer buying an xperia L would be given 1GB data free for a month and on payment of Rs 500, the same would be enhanced to 5GB for 3 months.

After buying the phone and being an Airtel customer I was hoping to see the immediate activation of the same offer. However it did not happen. The next day I spent calling up the customer care centres of Airtel and 'The mobile store' and I was shocked to know that neither of them were even aware of the mentioned offer. what was more shocking was the nonchalant and callous attitude of the Xperia customer executives who barely made an effort to even understand the issue. I spoke to Rajeev Sharma first who promised a call back in 2 hours...did not happen. Then I spoke to Vinod who gave a ticket ID 94997028 and also promised a call back by Monday morning...did not happen. Today i.e. Monday noon I spoke to Utsav who promised a call back within one hour...did not happen. All three mentioned of a senior named Lalit Tekwani who was supposed to call...NEVER HAPPENED.

This is either a case of a fraudulent advertisement in a leading newspaper or a case of gross mis-communication with the participating partners. Either case, the customer should not be bearing the brunt.

Deduction of money by Reliance company

I have got reliance gsm connection.And i have got that 1Paisa per sms plan on my phone due to which my local and national sms are of 1Paisa per sms. but my complaint is that:  This month the company activated my 1paisa sms plan(as usual) on 25th may 2013 i.e ther deducted Rs26 from my balance for making it 1paisa plan, but they deducted the amount only but did not activated sms pack due to this my local sms deduction was Rs.1 per sms and national sms deduction was Rs 1.5 per sms i complaint about that in customer care but the people there did not respond rather they deducted Rs.13 more from my account on 26th may 2013.

I again complaint to revert back my at least one of the balance either Rs.26 or R13. and i told them if they will not do this i will complain in grahak seva. then they returned my Rs.13 back. but today on 29th may 2013 i got my phone recharged from 222 full talktime again on the trust that the company will not create any problem again in my sms pack, but they again started it, my sms deduction just after my recharge was Re.1. and when i called customer care they talk to me badly and said that we have not deducted any amount of Rs.26 and Rs.13 earlier also. and when i asked that why are u deducting Re.1 for my local sms as well as national sms even if u have charged Rs.26 (which they are denying) then they said they are not going to help me for that.

sir/mam u r my last hope please help me as soon as possible.

Cheated by indian health organization

Recently(on 11th may 2013) I got call from iho sales representetive, they desribed about health plan which I purchased on same day 11 th may 2013 by swippng my hdfc debit card. But after purchasing it I found that I was cheated on following aspects 1. They swipped my card for 12499 rs for policy of 5 members, but I recieved actual policy only for 4 membors worth 10000 rs. 2. They said it is going to be EMI based payment where money will be deducted on mothly basis, but in actual I found out that they deducte all money at once from my account. 3.

On call they said that they cover all doctors but. Actual when I recieved a welcomekit it says that they only cover doctors which are registered with there panel. 4. On call they also mentioned that I can cancel this policy within 30 days and I will get money immidiatly back, but now when I asked for cancellation they said that they will call me within 14 days and will just descuss on it and they will decide themself whether to return my money back or not. 5. In and all I was promised so many things by their sells representative but in actually policy had not at all those benifits promised on call.

Balance deduction by Idea

In my number 9165914302 on 26-05-2013 Rs. 10 had been deducted by the company saying that I have downloaded the value pack. Sir I am using 1gb gprs plan for 30 days since 22-05-2013 and the remaining data is 600mb. When I called customer care and told to refund the amount they said that it is not possible because you have downloaded the value pack. But I have not downloaded such content they are saying I was just browsing a wapsite on my laptop.

Non Delivery of goods worth Rs 26631/-

Dear, As I have ordered Lloyd FLS19A5C 1.5 Ton Split AC worth Rs 26631/- with shopping.indiatimes.com on 31st March, 2013 wide order No:3002172155, I filed complaint with Shopping.indiatimes.com wide case ID 8112332 Order No:3002172155 for non delivery issue after 20 days, Even after reporting this complaint after 55 days of time, I dint get delivery of the product. It is an inordinate delay , even after daily follow up, i didnt recieive any sigle call to inquring about the issue, or not get any satisfactorily justified reason., always telly excutive says that they have deliver the product to wrong person and they have mailed to supplier, and thay are trying to deliver the goods fast.

Now i Just want my money back.

Fraud ways of advitising

Today i got a reference of ZIVAME from my friend and got a mail from ZIVAME to get signup today in their site and get Rs.100 in your Zivame account ,so I done the whole process.and didnt get any Rs.100 so i contact customer care of zivame then they inform me that madam u r mistaken u will suppose to give 500 points not Rs.100..then i make her corrected nd sent a same mail which i received from ZIVAME.then she said ohh..its a technical mistake..its not like dat its 500points mam..Its a clear form of fraud advertising and gathered as much people as they can by showing RS.100 and once customer sign up with account then said ohh mam its a tech. error its not 100 Rs. Its 500 points...fraud ways of advertising and making fool of people...If anyone get this type of mail from ZIVAME then please do not sign up with this site.

REVERSAL OF EXCESSIVE BILLING BY AIRTEL

I am a customer of M/s. Airtel for the past 16 years. On 3/10/11 Blackberry services were activated on my mobile no. 9810003486 free of cost for two months from the company¿s side without my consent. I never used these services as it was not required in our operations. Thereafter the company has been charging
Rs. 299 + S.T etc. every month on these services till date which were never used or requested by me. On requesting them to reverse the same, they refuse to do so. Moreover, on 18th December 2012, I lodged a request to PORT out of Airtel services and change my operator.

I received a call from the company pleading me not to change the operator and assuring and promising me that they would be giving me a similar plan what I had opted for in Tata Teleservices which was approx. Rs. 1300 per month including taxes and unlimited usages. On 5/5/2013 when I talked to the Airtel representative, I was told that the plan has not been changed even after commitment of the same . I am being forced to pay amount excess of Rs. 2500/month instead of Rs. 1300/month approx.. which was committed to me. This is clear cut cheating by the company on the consumers. Even after committing, promising and recording the inputs of the consumer, the same are not being implemented and the cost is being squarely borne by the consumer.

BSNL Bollywood Hungama

An plan known as bollywood hungama movies, music and games is activated by itself company to my broadband 02172603797 and it is charging me 300/- rs per month from 3 months .
Last month i called the customer care and asked them to deactivate, then the authority said plan is unsubscribed and bill will be not added to next bill i.e may months bill but still they are adding the charges to my may months bill.

This is regarding my balance deduction from my tatadocomo simcard without intimating me. Tatadocomo activated some services at night (I.e. 3:00 am, 1:41 am etc.) and deducted my balance 120 Rs. I have made complaint, but company tell me we will give only 90 Rs. This happen in February 2013, but not given my balance. I have also send email to nodal officer of tatadocomo, I have all the proofs, in that companys executive replied me that we will refund your balance. 3 months gone, but balance not refunded, I have around 25 emails for proof. please salve my issue. I want satisfaction, I have losted my lot of time to write mail to tatadocomo, I want total cost of my money.
I have all the proofs in mail(written by tatadocomo company executive) please raise my issue and help me.......

Maruti Suzuki - Ertiga (engine oil leakage)

Writing this email with lot of dissappointment with respect to Maruti Suzuki premium segment car - Ertiga for which I spent ~8.5 lacs for having discomfort. Truly, there is no more proud feeling associated with the brand for which I have been loyal for almost 15 years and owning multiple variants.

1) Vehicle was delivered without minimum fuel at my residence. Hence, faced with disappointment when tried to start the vehicle for the first time and it did not start. Had to take empty containers for purchase of fuel late night. Pathetic service provided by Rana Motors, Gurgaon
2) Continuous dripping of engine oil. Spent almost 6 weekends in getting the repair done at workshops - Coral motors (Bareilly), Rana Motors (Gurgaon) & Apra motors (Gurgaon). But, the problem still persist.
3) Multiple times the underbody assembly has been opened to fix the problem
4) Second row A/c noise, though now fixed with multiple packing but has made the cabin and upholstery dirty
5) Continues noise from steering wheel and thud sound (engine & probably suspensions) when on uneven road
6) Sudden power loss in acceleration - local terminology "Missing"
7) Charge for topping of engine oil by Coral Motors though this is a manufacturing fault
8) Complaints registered with Maruti gets closed without resolution and taking feedback from customer

It has caused lot of inconvenience and that too with a new vehicle from the country renowned brand which is trusted by millions

Looking forward for a revert from your end.

Samsung LED 32 inches

Please check the trail mail which was written to samsung customer care till now the problem is not resolved. Please help me solving this problem.

This is my second and probally finally mail to Samsung.

on 1 Sep 2012 i bought 32 inches samsung led tV 32ES5600.

After 15 days tv started making noise when switch on or put it off.

it started increasing day by day. I called and registered the complaint to samung customer care in the month of January 2013. A Technichian visits and says every thing was fine. without even me explaining the problem to him.

Complaint No.8428975016.

He was very arrogent and shouted at the people in house.

This is what we get from samung for purchase the product.

After my regular follow up they agreed to test the tv in the customer care centre.

For one week TV was in customer care. Nothing was done expect tv was filled with dust when coming back.

Customer care claimed that issue is resolved.

To my surprise TV was having the same issue. Never resolved.

I later observed that TV was getting over heated and sound also increased.

Then i mailed CEO''s office. A Sr technican visited Place My name Bhaskar and adimtted of over heat and tipical noise heard from TV.

It is been more than a month now is yet to call me. Give the information about the issue.

Now you tell me should I hold this product any more. Should I recommend for any one.

Please iam really sorry to tell this. Tell me what is the procdure to retrun it.

Or take this bullshit idiot box to customer care and give it for free.

Your so called supervisor who is arrogant and does not even know to speak to customer.

He admits it is the know issue in the TV. When asked to give in writing which is declined.

My Account Being Debit Freezed by Kotak Mahindra bank with out any Intimation

Hi, The Services provided by Kotak bank is very Pathetic, they don't need customers, I have a Salary account with Kotak bank From Jan-2010 which had a tie up with my previous organisations, i Left it and have joined new organisation in Sep-2011 from that time i was told that your account has been changed to normal saving accounts, as per their normal saving account i was maintaining average balance say more than that, but recently they have debt freezed my account.

They do not have proper structure and proper procedure for Customers, They have harassed me a lot, Now i am in a urgent need of money and now they are denying it. they are not giving me my own money back, i am screwed, i would advice all of you not to keep your account with kotak as their document requirements change every alternate day, and they can do anything with your account. they are telling me to do whatever i can or any legal action that i want to take. Please help me against this as i am in need of my money due to some personal problem, The branch manager are Idiots as they also do not know any any procedure or code of conduct.

Non Delivery of UBI Slate 7Ci by Datawind Innovations Pvt Ltd

I have already lodged a complaint with Grahak Seva and the complaint No. is 131016 and I have already furnished history of the case. On 27.02.13, I was informed telephonically from the Company's office ( 0183-2708524) that the device will be delivered in next 3-4 days. As it was not delivered I had sent email enquiring about the same. On 09.03.13, they sent me an email advising that the Device has been sent by Blue Dart and they gave me AWB No.
( AWB-59099394852). I enquired with Blue Dart at Ahmednagar but they have informed that they have not received any article with this AWB number. I tried on their 2 telephone numbers ( 0183-2708500 AND 2708524) but no body responds on these numbers. If the device had really been sent on 09.03.13 it should have reached by this date.

Complain against DATAWIND INNOVATIONS

I booked AAkash Tab UBI SLATE in JUNE 2012.
BOOKING ID NO> PM 438 ED 28939
IE was valued RS. 2999/- but asked for RS. 3698/-
I made payment vide Ch. No.0902570 Dt. 25/06/2012 On UNITED BANKOF INDIA TIMARPUR DELHI.
SINCE then I send series of Phone calls/ E Mails to the company.
They always said that within a week Tab. will be dispatched.
^They have no trade ethics and Dilly dallying on the pretext that I should upgrade the order.
the same was upgraded to UBI SLATE 7 C i .

Now the officer on duty says that they have sent and I have received the order. Now they are not entertaining calls/ E Mails. They are acting like a cheater does.
They said that I have to pay Rs. 500/- extra at the time of delivery for upgraded article. AND now accidentally their one officer on duty saying that they have dispatched the order.
Pl. help me in getting my UBI SLATE 7 Ci immediately.

Broken Camera send by Lalaji Online

I have purchased Micromax A110 from Lalajionline on 18/Feb/13 thru credit card. Product is delivered to me on 2/3/13 by first flight courier. When we open the box the Camera, Back Cover & Battery of the Phone was broken which we have mentioned on courier companies receipt & Delivery register. After that immediately we have called the Customer Care of Lalaji Online & executive tell us to mail the Images of broken phone with scan copy of Invoice & Courier Receipt. But after that every time we mailed them they forward that mail to First Flight but still now nothing will happen. Sir, Kindly look in the matter and help me for Justice.

It is shocking that nokia customer care is stooping to such low levels to cheat its consumers.There were two problems

I purchase Nokia Lumia on 25.6 2012.After about eight months it developed two faults

1)device charging port has become loose and frequently stops charging

As advised on their website that if usb port is loose you should contact nokia .So, the device was Shown to nokia care centre at sector 10 noida UP IndiaM/S Mannat telecom .Phone checked by service engineer who damages its usb port and then returns it saying that warranty is void as port is now damaged and demands 3500 rs for repairs..Now the phone can not be charged at all while previously I was able to charge it.

They refuse to repair both the problems saying warranty is void. Now their person breaks the port and then claims repair charge of Rs. 3500/-which is highly unfair.This is common manufacturing defect in nokia 710 as can be seen from online complaints.The phone has never suffered even slightest damage and only been used with nokia charger supplied with it.
The service engineer from nokia completely damages the charging pin and then claims warranty is void as pin is damaged.New method discovered by nokia to cheat people.

THE DEVICE WAS DAMAGED BY THEIR SERVICE ENGINEER AS EARLIER THE PORT WAS ONLY LOOSE.THE DEVICE SHOULD HAVE BEEN RETURNED AT LEAST IN THE SAME CONDITION IN WHICH IT WAS GIVEN TO THE SERVICE ENGINEER.WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DEEDS OF THEIR ENGINEER .When I contacted their customer care the first claimed that:  IT WAS CASE OF LIQUID DAMAGE AND WHEN I CONFRONTED THEM,THEY IMMEDIATELY CHANGED THEIR VERSION THAT IT WAS PHYSICAL DAMAGE .THIS CLEARLY SHOWS THEIR MALINTENTIONS.

I have subscribed for Junior Chandamama for a period of one year by paying an amount of Rs.240/- through credit vide order No.21283 dated 16.12.2012. Till date I have not received a singe issue of the magazine. On contacting customer care on phone No. 022 40786020 on 05.03.2013, they informed that the issue for the month of february 2013 has been despathed on 02.03.2013. Akash tablet not received on time

As per them (Akash Tablets) 3 to 4 weeks delivery period, till date I am not received the above,

Bill plan chnage by Tata Photon

on 6th Feb'13 i had called Tata Photon customer care to request them to change the bill plan from 10 GB unlimited to 5 GB unlimited plan for my photon no. 9243313948, the executive gave me a reference no. as follows 737068353, i followed it up with a email, asking them to confirm that the request has been registered, i got a reply saying that "the request has been received however HSIA 10GB@1100Unlimited Capping Plan is already active on above connection and the same will be effective from 15-Feb-13 Hence, we regret we would not be able to change the bill plan on urgent basis; however the bill plan can be changed by 15-Feb-13", to confirm the date i sent another email on 7th Feb'13, asking to confirm that the bill plan of 5 GB unlimited will be effective from 15th Feb'13, i got a reply saying that "This is with reference to your e-mail dated 06-Feb-2013 requesting for plan change on vdata number 9243313948.

We would like to inform you that as we have checked, the HSIA 10GB@1100Unlimited Capping Plan is already active on above connection and the same will be effective from 15-Feb-2013. Hence, we regret we would not be able to change the bill plan on urgent basis; however the bill plan can be changed by 15-Feb-13", to make sure that Tata photon has changed the bill plan to 5 GB unlimited, i wrote an email on 18th Feb'13 to confirm the same, to which they replied this "This is with reference to your e-mail dated 18-Feb-2013 requesting for plan change on vdata number 9243313948.

We would like to inform you that HSIA 10GB@1100 Unlimited Capping Plan is already active on above connection and the same will be effective from 15-Feb-2013. Further we would like to inform you that if you want to change the plan HSIA 10GB@1100 Unlimited Capping Plan to KA-Photon Plus 5GB@650CappingPlan and the same would be effective from next billing cycle (15-Mar-2013).Kindly confirm us can we activate the same" since then i am following up with them & this issue is still not resolved, i have written several emails to them, i have sent several email to appellate officer at appellate.kk@tatadocomo.com, no satisfactory resolution so far, hence i am writing to you, hope this gets resolved ASAP.

HDFC credit card failure on gift voucher

Complaint no. 13048127869, for last 3 months I have been chasing the bank. I was issued Jetprivilege credit card in Nov 2012, as per scheme HDFC Bank was to provide 2 free airtickets as part of welcome kit. When I received the KIT , i found there are no tickets, I called call center in NOV. and was told that I will first have to pay annual subscription charges, which I paid in Dec 2012 billing cycle, even then I did not receive any free ticket voucher, since Jan I have been following up with the Bank, however they have been not responding urgently and infact have now started stating that it was delivered to me on 13th Dec 2012. I have been asking the proof of deliver however bank states they dont have the proof. Hence this a case of breach of contract and irresponsible behavior, I am approaching consume form for help.

Infibeam.com - Not Replacing Faulty Product

Dear Grahak Seva Team,

I have purchased a VOX V92 7 inch Tablet from Infibeam.com (Online Shopping Portal) vide
Invoice No. DT-130201-545-004.
Purchase ID / Order ID : 10086064 / 19004120.
Invoice Date : 01-Feb-2013.
Cost : Rs.3829.

But I have received as Faulty Device that was not accessing the Internal Memory / USB Drives / External Flash Drive / Memory Card from the day I received the product.

I informed the Infibeam.com about the faulty device & they have advised me to return the product to them.
Accordingly, as advised, I have done the same alongwith all the accessories included with it vide Return ID No. 9977 on 13-Feb-2013 too their representative.

After that I have been continuously following up with them by phones & mails on a regular basis but not receiving any satisfactory reply from their side stating about the status of the Replacement of the faulty product neither the Refund against the product.

Today, on 13.03.2013, it has been 1 month passed from the day I have returned the faulty device but no update is coming back from their site. Previously they were at least replying on the mails but for last few days they have stopped replying in mails too.

The product cost was Rs. 3829 & till dateI have neither received any Replacement nor Any Refund nor any proper update.

Kindly look into the matter & take necessary action.

Mobile number portability by Idea Cellular

I applied for mobile number portability from Reliance cdma to IDEA on 26 FEB 2013, my prepaid number is 9368932868, reliance network was disabled from the same day, i waited for about one week for results, but i did not get services from IDEA till now, after one week when i asked about this from idea customer care they told that they already activated the services, they told me to go to the local office when i went to the local office of idea they told that it will be activated within a day, after two days i when my services won’t get activated i again went to local office, he told that he already activated the services, you just call customer care, from that day to till date, i am calling customer care and meeting the local office almost daily according to their given time, but its the 14th day till now my services are not activated, both customer care and local office complaining about each other, now i am tired from all this. This is my important mobile number and its not in service from last two weeks. Please do the needful.

Wrong Pack activate and amt deducted on daily basis by Aircel

Dear Sir,

I am using service of Aircel mobile in mumbai with mobile no. 8898542969 and activated the gprs pack on 22/feb/2013. On 1st March 2013 at 07:41 am, I received an sms saying "Dear Subscriber we have received your request and it will be processed shorty".

that was very much surprising for me and and suddenly another sms received "you have been charged Rs. 5.0 for 1 day subscription of pocket store".

Here I wish to clarify that I have not subscribed any of the pocket store package as I use internet only for surfing the net on mobile.

And the same amount of Rs. 5.0 again deducted from my account 2nd and 3rd March.

On 3rd, I called the customer care and explained her about my problem, she then unsubscribed me from the package and told me that the amount of Rs. 15/- will be refunded to my account in next 48 hrs or 72 hrs.

Hence I waited for 4 days but the amount not refunded to my account, when I called the customer care again on 9th march, they first refused to say that there had been any deduction from my account. After 10-15 minutes conversation, they accepted that the pocket store was activated and hence amount charged from my account. But they refused to refund the amount saying "we are sorry but we can not refund the amount".

I tried to tell them that the package was not subscribed from my side and your executive on 3rd march told me to refund the amount, then how can you deny now.

But they transferred the line to their senior person, again she also said the same and refused to return the money.

Hence I request the authority to look into the issue and arrange for a refund as well as the apology from Aircel which causes me so much inconvenience.

Complaint against Country Vacation for not cancelling my membership

Complaint against: Country Vacation Pvt. Ltd.
I Kanti L Hirani, a case in this context is my personal experience with the country vacations.
On July 13, 2012, at 14:29hrs I have received a call from the mobile number +919019906623, a Roopa, she was from country vacations informing me that I have received gift from the CV:
1. 6 day and 7 nights stay in their resorts holiday accommodation voucher worth of RS. 25000.
2. One day privilege pass for 3 resort
3. Kitchen set

For that I need to come along with my wife, listen to their demo about the club and go home with the free vacation voucher. I was asked to come to the country club, No.201, Near La classic hotel, YADAVANAHALLI STOP, NEAR ATTIBELE, HOUSUR MAIN ROAD, Bangalore by 17.30. Unaware of their real intentions, my wife and I have decided to visit them. As everyone, who have visited them, is aware, they told us to collect the gifts but have to sit through a small presentation. This has turned out to be the biggest mistake of my life.

Mr. Pappi Reddy and Sales man Mr. Keshav Kumar (Mobile Contact: +918970810009) informed us about various club plans and requested us to join the club. First of all they give us misleading information, they said us, we are one of the 500 selected couple in Bangalore city and they are giving special offer for first 15 registered member, and if will join the membership then I will be the 13th luckiest member. Firstly they (Keshav Kumar) offer us a plan of RS. 93000 for 6 days and 7 nights, I ignored the offer, I wanted leave from there. They forced me to be seated there and offer me new scheme of membership of RS. 75000, if my wife will submit the letter of dependency on me. I ignored it and they offer new plan of RS. 43000 for 2 days and 3 nights and force me anything to take membership on the condition. The condition has promised by the Keshav Kumar for cancellation of membership if I will not satisfy with service from the Country Vacation. Keshav Kumar and Pappi Reddy said I need to take membership at this time only say yes and signed on the agreement paper (but after I come to know according to Indian government law organization or any owner of the lessor has to give minimum of 10days to lessee/tenant for read the agreements) The details of this membership are as follows:

1. We need to pay a membership fee of RS. 43000 (Forty thousand rupees only) life time membership plan.
2. We can avail a 2 days and 3 night holiday for five years free of cost at any of the club hotels or the affiliated hotels.
3. I need to pay RS. 1800 for an every holiday as maintenance charge.
4. Every five year I need to pay RS. 10000 to renew my membership.
5. Free car pickup from airport/Train station to the hotel and free car drop from the hotel to the airport and railway station.
6. Free usage of gym facility in their club for one year.
7. Five years free massages and Jacuzzis along with the free usage of sports room.
8. Free couple passes to the events such as New Year eve, Valentine’s Day, Diwali, Dasera etc.
9. Free hosting of personal events such as birthday, marriage days and other such occasions in their club.
10. 20% discount on each booking of air ticket.
11. 20% discount on food.
12. One free holiday, as I am registering the membership on same day.
Trusting that the club will not do any fraud, using my union bank of India debit card, I have paid RS. 25000 (Twenty five thousand only) to the club. By the time he has explain me if I will paid my full amount by credit card then at time Keshav will me cash amount of whatever I have been paid already through other option of payment mode.

And will receive welcome kit which will contain all the details about the club membership along with the receipt for the amount paid as well as the details of offers which we were promised. We have not received anything; I thought some misunderstanding may happen with employee of the club. I leave it; I did not call any one.
On 20th July, 2012, we planned to use their properties at Mangalore. I have checked on their website for Mangalore CV properties. I tried to book room; website said CV properties at Mangalore are not available. Immediately I went to the a sales man Keshav Kumar (Mobile Contact: +918970810009) I asked him that on the date of registration you people were showed me a photos of the Mangalore properties but your website is showing something wrong, they did not reply anything and changes the topic and said I can use properties at some else.

On the same date I have been decided to cancel my membership card, Keshav Kumar ignored me, said he cannot cancel the membership.

I did many calls to him about cancellation of membership and return the money, some them they ignored our call or some the call answer but answer were like, he will call after 3 hours.

One day (around 18 Aug, 2012) again I have been reach to club for cancellation of membership; I gave my written letter for cancellation. Keshav Kumar told me that he will forward this letter at high level, and I will get my money back within the month. After that I did not receive any call from Keshav or any person of the club on the issue of return my money. By the time I received many calls from the account persons, asking to pay remained balance amount of RS. 18000.

On 15th Sep, 2012, I went to meet the Manager of Bangalore Country Vacation branch at Shivaji nagar. I met with Mrs. Tilakavathi, she said they cannot cancel my membership and return the money but they can transfer to other new member. She said; she will try getting the couple who willing to take your membership, I said I did not want to transfer, I want cancel that’s all. She gave me period of a 15days. I agreed with her.
Again on the date of 29th Sep, I and my wife went to meet Mrs. Tilkavathi. I have been discussed many issue with her. I asked many question to her about the CV. I have told her about the Mangalore incident and one more Tirupathi incident happened with me; on that issue denied me to give any reply; she was acting like she is very busiest person the in office by ignoring me.

Some of the point I have written below as part of my arguments with her:
1. I: tell the governmental agency in which your organization has been registered.\
She: we cannot share this kind of information.
2. I: I can go to governmental agency (like Grahak Seva) against you
She: You can go, but I won’t find any reply from there, and you will loss more and more money if I will step on the government agency.
3. I: why your organization is not giving enough time to read the agreement, even there is law of Indian government that, every lessor should give a time of minimum 10 days to read an agreement, and you are lessor here.
She: it is not policy of over organization.
I: your organization is under the government of India, right. Then why should this law is not for you, this law cover all the citizen and lessor of india.
She: (no reply, act like busy with her work on computer)
4. (I asked to her about return of money, as previously (during a time when I was paying fees of RS. 25000) Keshav Kumar told me to return the cash amount of RS. 25000 if I will pay the full amount by credit card)
I: (I explain whatever Keshav told me), if your sales man (Keshav Kumar) can return the cash amount, then why you cannot; you are the Bangalore branch manager of CV??
She: (Called Keshav, (communication was in Telagu, I am Gujarati but little bit of Telugu I can understand) and asked him about this thing. He said yes to Tilakavathi)
“after call get finished, the lire lady manager told me that Keshav is ignoring this kind thing that he has told to me”
I: said, I want to have conference call with Keshav
She: (Ignore me like anything)
5. At last
I: I will not move from this room until and unless you will return the money back to me
She: you cab seat here, I want mind
I: ok, thanks
Again, I asked same thing about registration of CV (mention in first point )
She gets angry on me and shouted on me like anything and said “Get lost”, “Get lost”, “Get lost”
Still date I am calling to Tilakavathi and Keshav Kumar, they are not receiving a call or otherwise they are just giving time to give next call, every time. I have recorded call since 11th Oct, 2012,
Please help me to cancel the membership and to get the return back my money
Action needs to be taken as soon as possible against this company before they fool many other innocent people.

Hello Sir / Ma'am ,

I ordered a Power Plus Mega Lunchbox (Microwavable)- 3 Box , Order no : 2578222 . While ordering the product, I specifically mentioned that I want blue color lunch box , However i was given a Red color Box which is defective (top lid doesn't close properly , it's kind of loose). I logged into my a/c on ShopClues.com & raised a Return/Refund request no : 11654. After that I called their CS & informed the same, CS executive asked me to send an email to their CS dept & also asked to attach a pic of product received which I did. Now They are replying that would not be able to fulfill your request which is ridiculous.

As per rule , if color was not available, I should have been informed this by email or call & then I had to decide if I would take the product or not but no information was given to me.

Look into this matter at urgent basis & ask ShopCles.com to take the produdt back & refund my money.

Mis-selling of credit card by standard charted bank

An Employee of STANDARD CHARTED BANK (M/s sibani,Gurgaon branch)pushed me to renew the credit card 4541 9823 3416 6490,with some benefits(in month of Nov-2012).She told me that I only have to pay one time i.e of amount 19875.00, without any hidden cost.In month of Dec-2012, Jan-2013 & Feb 2013 upto till this date , I have received always two crdit card statements.One is with credit card no ending with 6490 i.e I am using now and I have already paid amount of Rs 5119..I was shocked to see second credit card statement.Second credit card no. ending with 6424 & 6980 & there were some charges,which were not explained to me and even to hide these things & every month they are charging LATE CHARGES & OVER LIMIT CHARGES .I have already put several mails from month of dec-2012, jan-2013 & feb-2013 (TO:head.customerexperience@maanhattan.co.in ; FROM:pati.satyabrata@gmail.com), but i was not receive any reply except"we will revert back to you within 7 days".

I have contacted so many times to the customer care regarding second credit card ending with 6424 & 6980 (which is a virtual credit card), to waive off all the late charges & over limit charges, but they simply shown their inability to revert the same.

Yesterday dated 09-03-2013 , I have received one e-mail, that they are going to reverse some amount, but it is not enough. I requested M/s standard charted bank to waive of all overdue & late charges against card no. 6424 & 6980 , asked to club all charges of these credit cards to may main credit card 6490 (as they hashing customer like anything), so that i can pay at single time & discontinue this card.

Kindly arrange a full & final statement with WAIVE OF ALL TYPE OF PENALTIES. M/s Standard charted bank only spending my time and not providing solution to me ; so that it is easier for them to again penalize me for the non payment of dues.

Datawind highly unprofessional attitude

The below mentioned complaint had already been given but still the resolution is awaited.

I have booked Ubislate 7CZ on 13.01.2013 by paying full amount of Rs.5999/- through credit card thru booking ID PMCB796E696B. The online offer was 72 hours for other devices & 3 weeks for Ubislate 7CZ. After waiting for more than one month time i have sent mail for requesting to deliver the device. The response was given that delivery for ordered device will start after 2 weeks. Upon requesting again there was no response. The contact number given 0183-2708525 was always busy. Then I requested to refund the amount as there was no point for waiting where you cannot find any single responsible person. Till date I am continue to send reminders but unfortunately there is no response. If you people neither deliver the devices even having advance payments nor refunding the money then there is no logic to befool the customers and making money by these kinds of unfair means.

I’m no longer interested to purchase your product please arrange to refund the entire amount without any kind of deduction.

Complaint - Forced calls with fowl language

I am using number '9910550944' from some other Telecom service provider & I received a call today on behalf of Idea to seek information about my current bill plan & other usages while my number is registered under DND registry.

Details of the calls are:

Idea number I received call from: +918506002850
Time of receiving the call: 10: 30 am, 9-March-2013

Even after my first denial in hearing any information, number holder forced me to hear the same & used fowl/ abusive/ objectionable language & kept blabbering. After that when I called the guy back, there has not been any response.

Asides to Trai: Even while my number is registered under DND registry, I keep getting calls & messages from various service providers. Please do the needful.

I suggest strict actions to be taken against this number, to be informed & expect professionalism from Aditya Birla Group.

Massages 2 – Dear Customer, Tranx of USD 6.43 using credit card 5xxx7004 is made at hyatt place #10 dated 09-Mar-13 has been reversed. Avbl Cr lmt :INR 70,797,91. (8.47 am 09/03/2013)

Massages 3 – Tranx of USD 125.00 using credit card 5xxx7004 is made at FACEBOOK.COM*CR on 09-Mar-13. Avbl Cr lmt :INR 63,984.16. Total credit lmt : INR 72000(8.47 am 09/03/2013)
Unfortunately I never used my card for that shopping at that moment and before 20 days. I don’t have any idea who did the shopping by using my card. I have been using this card for the last 5 year without any problem. It looks like fraudulent transaction and my card has been hacked by somebody. Even if I am using 2nd authentication screen (password protect) for any purchase, my card has been hacked. Already I have blocked the credit card at 9.13 am . I have neither shared credit card information with anyone a password. Already I have filed complaint to bank through customer care. I am not in a position to repay this amount which is not done by me. Please guide me how I can get help in this regard to waive this purchase amount by the bank. I’M awaiting your positive response from your side.

UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER OF Reliance BIG TV

Sir/Madam

I am an Unsatisified Custormer of Reliance Dish BIG TV ( ID 200913783337)

I lanuched a compliant of bad tranismisiion to Big TV customer care on 28.02.2013 Complaint no 199122710. His executive came and rectified the problem and amount of 175 Rs was deducted from my account. I have recharged my account with Rs 300 and The excecutive deducted the same twice from that recharged amount and my balanced becomes zero and connection was suspended. Then i Again compliant to customer care executive dated 05.02.2013 compliant no. is not provided to me. I have called again and again for compliant no. but the customer care executive declined for it and said will be done within 36 hrs. But my Connection is still suspended without any reason and bigTV service executive person have not given a call or visit to rectify it.

My connection is still suspended due to negligance of the executive of deducting the charges twice and being a customer i am facing the problem Inspite of calling daily and talking to his executive on daily basis still no solution is provided.

Now i am very much frustated with his service and the assurance given to customer.

So Please help me out to this problem. Iam facing this last 15 days.........

Internet Service Issues with Reliance Broadband

My Reliance subscriber ID is 212324595462 and using broadband connection with the plan WICF549. I'm continuously getting bill over my email ID and by post on regular basis but Reliance Broadband is unable to provide me the service according to what I've promised. I have logged many complaints regarding the service issues like broadband not working, slow connection but they are unable to answer on my queries. Every-time they are saying that it is an area outage and whole Jaipur Broadband is down whereas connections were running at other places as I have some couple of friends using at home or at office.

Reliance is communicating FALSE statements to us as I've seen twice after calling to local guys at Jaipur they tell a different story but later in an hour or so they came to the box near my house and do something after that internet will start working.

My internet is down since yesterday morning and still nothing has happened. I just want to stop using the service of Reliance Broadband and will don't want to make the payment for the bills I'm receiving.

It is requested that you look into the matter and help me in solving my problem.

I am a user of tata docomo previously six months ....I used to access internet by special recharge recommanded by the company but they charge me for accessing the internet although My phone having internet balance.

Zat se giving worst service with fraud sales person

The sales person from zatse commited me wrong services.They took from me Rs 8000 for getting my company listed in zat se.They commited me also gave in written on application form that they will list my company for two zones but have listed in only one.when I enquired from them about the same,there aservice manager told that their sales person have misguided me.The sales person does not respond to my call.They also commited me for quality leads and atleast 20 leads per month but in two months time I have received it only 6 leads and that too all fraud leads.There customer helpline and service desk is only forwarding my complaints but I don't receive any feedback call from service department after so many follow up.They have completely cheated me.So I think I should move legally now.

One Stop Shop not give service properlly

I am a Business Partner of One Stop Shop from about 2 years. This company closed there most of service. I booked AakashTab in Feb 2013 PME8DC5DBB7C Payment was cleared by Datawind in March 2012. In Feb 2012 i got an up gradation offer for Aakash Tab Ubislate7 Ci+' i agreed payment by cash on delivery Rs 1500/- for the same.

during the year i was constantly in touch with costomer support datawind and i was asked to send my payment details more than 50 times. I have send them the details.

Miss parvinder kaur contacted me regarding the delivery of the product and mailed me regarding the COD Amount Rs 1500/-.

Blue Dart courier Kalyan 421301 informed regarding the delivery of the product and Cod amount as 4500/-,

I discussed the payment details with him but he told me tocontact Datawind company regarding the same.
I contacted ms parwinder kaur and costomer care several times and have no response from them.

Nither i am getting the product in good condition, nor i am getting refund from Datawind

Mis-selling by ICICI Prudential Employee

Dear Sir/ Madam,

An Employee of icici bank pushed me to invest in ICICI prudentail policy no. 16240070 as he told me that I only have to pay one time. I was out of city for certain time period when I came back and reviewed Policy documents then I found that it was five year payment policy which has lots of charges. these charges were not explained to me and even to hide these things that Employee forged my signature on Application form.

Kindly arrange me refund for that policy. As being a senior citizen I am also not able to pay Regular premium.

I also have approached ICICI Prudential for the but they are only spending my time and not providing solution to me.

Kindly do the needful.

BSNL CHEAT WITH E-AUCTIONM OF VENITY MOBILE NUMBER

21th feb was last date of banl venity e-auction of mobile no. I pariticipated this auction ,registration amount was 150/- per no. so i register two no. and made a payment throw my net banking at 21 feb 10:08 min but bsnl E-auction website was very slow and sudenly bsnl close wbsite at the of auction's end (12:00 o;clock night) so i don;t place my bid but i register for two no., their record at on my e-auction account , if biding ammount is non refundable when i not place bid ,then refund my ammount or give me those no.

Humiliating behaviour by branch manager of state bank of India

I had visited state bank of India branch code 0479 seoni malwa for a product enquiry that I had seen on bank website. When I approached branch manager he clearly denied that we do not offer such products and even if state bank provides such products I will not give you. He said 'don't waste my time. If customers like you visit us then we cannot even do our work. We are already overloaded and we cannot cater to your needs' . This all he said in a very ridiculous tone and made me leave his cabin. When I asked his name he denied to tell me the same. There was no name plate as well. I asked him for complaint register but he denied to give that as well and told me to complaint wherever I can. I am highly disappointed with behaviour of staff of such a prestigious bank which boasts about customer service in vision mission and values of the bank.

Claim for refund of air india unused air tickets surrenderd

On19-03-1985, I had purchased two sets of five open Air India tickets for Mrs. & Mr. SD. Misra and three Masters U.K. S.K. and R.K. Mishra`s for journey from DAR-ES-SALAM - BBY- DLI-CCU – LKO .And back by paying TAS90,118.00 in cash as below-
.SetA-.098:4403:671:992 to 996 and Set B 098:4403:748:846to850.

Due to change of program subsequently, these tickets were surrendered to AIRINDIA after few renewals, who in turn forwarded to them DAR-ES –SALAAM office in for refund action in 1986/87. The payment is hanging at DAR-ES-SALAAM for last 27 years in spite of several requests and reminders. When fed up at last, I asked for information under RTI act, which they replied wide letter dt 20-09-2012 with fake stories. Their letter under RTI was replied in detail with all proofs available in my file on 20-10-2012 but no reply was received.

On15-12-2012 I have lodged a claim of Rs.82,92,863 inclusive of 18% compound interest .Practically I have no hope that they will refund my money and find myself helpless. AIRINDIA's complete silence appears to be mall intentions for making payment.

I am also enclosing here with complete set of correspondence up to date from which you will appreciate the genuineness of my claim and aristocracy of Air India. Kindly help and obelise .
