I have subscribed for Junior Chandamama for a period of one year by paying an amount of Rs.240/- through credit vide order No.21283 dated 16.12.2012. Till date I have not received a singe issue of the magazine. On contacting customer care on phone No. 022 40786020 on 05.03.2013, they informed that the issue for the month of february 2013 has been despathed on 02.03.2013. I have not received the same till date. They have confirmed me that my subsription No. is JCN001213 over phone. No official correspondene has been sent to me in this regard. They are not responding to the complaint lodged through e-mail. Kindly do the needful.
