MY son had given the 5th year exam of painting from SURAMANDIR MUSIC COLLEGE ROURKELA under MR SANJAY BANERJEE from this institution and passed bearing roll no.43740318. BUT till today I did not receive any certificate from this university or the drawing teacher concerned do not respond to my call.
