We took tikona broad band connection, used for 1month and asked customer care to disconnect the service. they disconnected after 15 days but billed more than usage. they collected modem and didnt gave receipt demand for extra modem charges. Tried dailing customer care they are not listening to the problem and saying that they will proceed legally.Poor customer care service.
