Sir I booked my ticket from ease my trip under 011112BIS3U72PV booking ID 7november 2012 Srinagar to Delhi flight but that day we r not reach airport and we miss my flight and airline declare No Show and told we refund only taxes I contact many many times to ease my trip but every time they told my the refund amount is deposited back in ur card but there is no amount please help...
