Mis-selling by ICICI Prudential Employee

Dear Sir/ Madam,

An Employee of icici bank pushed me to invest in ICICI prudentail policy no. 16240070 as he told me that I only have to pay one time. I was out of city for certain time period when I came back and reviewed Policy documents then I found that it was five year payment policy which has lots of charges. these charges were not explained to me and even to hide these things that Employee forged my signature on Application form.

Kindly arrange me refund for that policy. As being a senior citizen I am also not able to pay Regular premium.

I also have approached ICICI Prudential for the but they are only spending my time and not providing solution to me.

Kindly do the needful.

BSNL CHEAT WITH E-AUCTIONM OF VENITY MOBILE NUMBER

21th feb was last date of banl venity e-auction of mobile no. I pariticipated this auction ,registration amount was 150/- per no. so i register two no. and made a payment throw my net banking at 21 feb 10:08 min but bsnl E-auction website was very slow and sudenly bsnl close wbsite at the of auction's end (12:00 o;clock night) so i don;t place my bid but i register for two no., their record at on my e-auction account , if biding ammount is non refundable when i not place bid ,then refund my ammount or give me those no.

Humiliating behaviour by branch manager of state bank of India

I had visited state bank of India branch code 0479 seoni malwa for a product enquiry that I had seen on bank website. When I approached branch manager he clearly denied that we do not offer such products and even if state bank provides such products I will not give you. He said 'don't waste my time. If customers like you visit us then we cannot even do our work. We are already overloaded and we cannot cater to your needs' . This all he said in a very ridiculous tone and made me leave his cabin. When I asked his name he denied to tell me the same. There was no name plate as well. I asked him for complaint register but he denied to give that as well and told me to complaint wherever I can. I am highly disappointed with behaviour of staff of such a prestigious bank which boasts about customer service in vision mission and values of the bank.

Claim for refund of air india unused air tickets surrenderd

On19-03-1985, I had purchased two sets of five open Air India tickets for Mrs. & Mr. SD. Misra and three Masters U.K. S.K. and R.K. Mishra`s for journey from DAR-ES-SALAM - BBY- DLI-CCU – LKO .And back by paying TAS90,118.00 in cash as below-
.SetA-.098:4403:671:992 to 996 and Set B 098:4403:748:846to850.

Due to change of program subsequently, these tickets were surrendered to AIRINDIA after few renewals, who in turn forwarded to them DAR-ES –SALAAM office in for refund action in 1986/87. The payment is hanging at DAR-ES-SALAAM for last 27 years in spite of several requests and reminders. When fed up at last, I asked for information under RTI act, which they replied wide letter dt 20-09-2012 with fake stories. Their letter under RTI was replied in detail with all proofs available in my file on 20-10-2012 but no reply was received.

On15-12-2012 I have lodged a claim of Rs.82,92,863 inclusive of 18% compound interest .Practically I have no hope that they will refund my money and find myself helpless. AIRINDIA's complete silence appears to be mall intentions for making payment.

I am also enclosing here with complete set of correspondence up to date from which you will appreciate the genuineness of my claim and aristocracy of Air India. Kindly help and obelise .

Complaint about Fortune motor & Tata motors

Dear Sir / Madam,

Subject :- Dealer Service Related / Explanation of repair/charges.

I purchased a Tata Sumo Victa EX from Fortune, majiwada thane in Oct- 2006,

Registration No. - MH04 CD127

Now i am lots complain with them with service of the car, I am not satisfied with their service . the shocker of the vehicle pump, Combi switch, Wiper motor etc. Has not work properly & Tata motor fortune service center, though they charge me Rs 95000/- Appx. To service my car 3 days back to fix my car, i do not know what is included in the extended warranty what is not what they charge i also do not know . i want to know what is mistake I did to purchase a 5.5 lac car, poor performance in road though this type of car should travel well in the road, I want to know when this can be rectified and who is going to contact me, i think the service center fortune motors is a thief only make money no service. I will take this car on Saturday i.e. on 14th Feb-2013 to if anything happen to this car and us I will take legal action against both Fortune motor & Tata motors.

Please suggest.

Dabur Honey From SATVIKSHOP not yet Recieved

I had ordered Dabur Honey online from SATVIKSHOP on 02 Jan 2013 having order no. 7000019139, which was damaged i.e jar of the honey was broken already that's why i returned the courier to the concerned courier person which was DTDC EXPRESS and same day i informed the satvikshop for the same.

They had created a case (Case no.382719) on 08 Jan 2013 having resolution date 31 Jan 2013. After that on 19 Jan 2013 they created a new order of Dabur Honey having order no. 7000028162 for which they have given expected Delivery Date: 01/02/2013. But i havn't received my order yet. They have also updated the delivery staus as "delieverd" as i got the mail on 9 feb 2013 for the same. Please help me sort out this problem.

Mobile Plan not followed

I am having Tata Docomo prepaid GSM card. On 14.2.2013 I got my phone recharged with STV 28 for all outgoing calls at 1p/2sec. I got confirmation message about the same from Tata Docomo with transaction ID No. 100002388225029 stating about succesful recharge of STV 28 and I will be charged 1P/2Sec with validity of 30 days. But after making phone calls after this recharge, I found that still my balance deducted @ 1.2p/sec. In past also VAS service has been activated on my account and I was charged Rs. 2.00 per day. I tried to make complaint to their Customer Care Department on 121, but I am surprised that this is only IVRS service and there is no option to talk to Customer Care Executive. It is cheating on part of Tata Docomo that after sending confirmation message the charge me at higher rate.

I went and called from yebhi Customer care and found that there is not given any response he said to me everyday wait for 24 hr we will refund this amount. more then 7 days they call me 24 hr . I would like a file a case on Yebhi.com to make me waste my time, money, and give mental tension. I would also file this case stating that yebhi.com . When i called the customer care number and said the same they said to return the product. Please take my compliant seriously and please provide me a solution.

Poor customer care service by Tikona Broadband

I have call customer care but they don't listen the problem and without customer permission they change the rules. for bill collection id i call they register my request but after due date they collect collection and demand for due payment charges. It has very poor service i advice too all please don't take tikona connection. i expeditions very bad service from it. Please note my suggestion. Please ignore tikona it has very bad service rally.

SBI Internet Banking not activate by SBI

l have submit my request for internet banking service of SBI, Nandel branch (Dewas, MP) last 4 month ago. I had received internet banking kit, but its not working till now. For this concern I did inform to branch manager about this incident. He told me that he unable to activate internet banking tool kit due to unavailability of internet banking rights in his ID, you have to apply again for this facility.

Now I'm unable to go branch for this. I'm totally disagree with SBI service, I just want this service on that particular internet banking tool kit which issued by bank me at earlier.

Reliance Communication cheating to innocent customers

Dear sir,

Reliance communication was offering me My roam plan on 1st Feb 2013 which was suppose to be activated with immediate effect within 48 hrs of communication but fact is that they have not activated the plan as on today. in fact i got a text message from 59111 on 2nd feb that issue has been resolved from their end.Sir you are only last hope to fight against reliance communication. Idea Cellular deducted balance without any reason

on 27th jan 2013 i have recharged my idea no. 9879780067 with 110 and my balance was 120 Rs. around. On 31st Jan 2013 it was 98 Rs. 0n 2nd feb 2013 it was directly come to 20 rs.

I called from last two days in idea customer care they reply we have not updated your balance information.

Birla Kettle repair

Dear Sir/Madam,

I bought a Birla Kettle on 10/3/2012 in the Reliance mall from Navsari (Gujarat). The product is under warranty and it had problem with it is not Heated when switch do on so water can't heated. We called the company customer care lots a time. But does not give any response every time he getting new answer about this kettle and the problem is unsolved with the company representative. We asked them to replace our product and increase my product warranty otherwise I will compliant in the head office. But neither they are changing our product nor solving the problem with the product. Now they have stopped listening to our complaint and most important thing is when i was purchased this product at that he said our delivery is very fast when coming any problem in this product we solved within 7 days, but he doesn’t solve this problem. My details of complaint number registered with the company are-(Date- 24/012/12, Date-24/05/12, Date- 30/12/12, compliant no- 3208 in reliance registered). The service center address of the company is - Birla service station Ahmadabad, but this office does not give any response at that office or any technician, so early as possible give me reply it’s an urgent.

FLAT DUPLICACY

I have booked 2 flats in Supertech Eco-Village 1 Noida Extension in november 2012 on 14th floor, for which i have the receipts with supertech stamped. After 2 months i recieved demand & agreement letter for 1 flat only. On approaching the senior authorities i was told that my second flat has already been sold to someone else in march 2012 and for that i have paid 10% booking amount. Now they are offering me flat on 19th floor or else i can take my amount without any appreciation in the rate.

Cheated - My Virtual plaza

I had seen a this mobile phone Micromax Canvas 2A110 on there website and since it was not available anywhere i decided to buy this from there website as it was little cheaper on the website too. so last friday 25 jan 2013 morning 10:24 am i made the payment by my friends Visa credit card (Neha garg) as there was no cash on delivery option i have rec a payment succesfull mail(from - donotreply@ebs.in) and the order I.D mail (from- info@myvirtualplaza.com)from there end and since then i am trying to reach them and for further information about the product had dropped several mails to(( shaik@myvirtualplaza.com), and CEO Ravinranath also ) the I.d given on the websites but there is no answer as yet and they never ans the call the given num is always busy .please sir help me out of it i dont want they come out as fraud and since the payment has been done by my friend how will i pay for nothing .

Inefficient & Indifferent Service Of Dutta Motors, Bankura

Sir,
I have purchased a motor bike (Hero Honda , Glamour FI)from Dutta Motors, Nutan Chati, Panch Bagha Mores, Bankura on 15/06/2012. I have paid Rs-69,889.00 for my bike in hard cash. The Invoice of my purchase receipt is 1722-02--SINV-0612-1482 dated 15/06/2012. Within few days my bike becomes faulty. The \"Self Start\" system does not work. The battery of my bike does not get charged properly. I can not start my bike even by kicking easily when the battery gets down. I am to kick thousands times or being perspired sometimes I am to search for someone to push my bike to get it started. Naturally it becomes a ridiculously funny sight to the public and I feel embarrassment and insulted for it . Besides, due to battery charging problem my bike turns off now and then at the time of driving, the horn of my bike does not sound properly , the light becomes insufficient at night and many mores. I told them about such problems but they have not yet taken proper steps. They just tell me to check the battery from a battery showroom. Obeying them I have checked my battery and even purchased a new battery for my bike but the problem is not yet solved . My bike has made my life hellish. My bike is still with in warranty period but the Dutta Motors is depriving me of it.I am suffering a great deal due to the indifference and inadequate service of Dutta Motors, Bankura, West Bengal

I Gurjeet mangat i purchase HCL y2 tablet on 5 dec 2012 second day screen color is red and blue so i submitted to dealer for replacement till 18 DEC i did not get it. finally i demand for refund first they ready to refund after a long communication now they are saying refund is not possible because you purchase through credit card.
