I am a user of tata docomo previously six months ....I used to access internet by special recharge recommanded by the company but they charge me for accessing the internet although My phone having internet balance.
for this when ever i call for complain they told that i access chargeable sites . when i asked to tell me the list of chargeable sites they told I can't tell you. On regular basis the charge me 20 rupees every time, pls sir help me
I AM NOW HELPLESS. I will thankful for this kindness.
