Complaint about Sony LCD TV (Model- BX300), Complaint No- 012659329

Dear Sir/Madam,

I bought a Sony LCD TV on 26/10/2011. The product is under warranty and it had problem with it's picture and voice clearity. We called the company customer care twice. But The problem is unsolved with the company representative. We asked them to replace our product. But neither they are changing our product nor solving the problem with the product.Now they have stopped listening to our complaint. I complaint three times to the company customer care. My details of complaint number registered with the company are-( Date- 07/04/12, complaint no- 9817193, Date-24/05/12, complaint no- 1020500, Date- 30/12/12, complaint no- 012659329). The service center address of the company is- Joly Electronics, 1177, Main Road, Karampura, New delhi. The Sony Customer Care contact number is - 18001037799.

It is requested that you look into the matter and help me in solving my problem..

IRCTC(Inadian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation) Limited

I had booked a railway ticket from IRCTC on 19 sep 2012. But I had not travelled as my exams were cancelled.

So I had filed TDR (Ticket Deposite Receipt) with reason "Passenger Not Travelled" for PNR Number: 2708751875 on 6 oct 2012. As per the Extant Railway Rules I should have been refunded half of my total ticket charge within 90 days of filing TDR.My total ticket charge is Rs. 600 but I was refunded only Rs. 75. I have complained to IRCTC twice on email :" care@irctc.co.in" on 11 jan 2013 and 17 jan 2013. In response they said,"We would like to inform you that your below enclosed email has been forwarded to the concerned department.You will receive a reply in this regard shortly".But niether I didn't get any mail further regarding the matter nor any progress in my refund. Even after talking on IRCTC helpline (011 39340000 ) there is no progress in my refund. I am not getting any trustable response from IRCTC. So please help me.

Cheated by 100bestbuy.com

I happened to see a news flash from 100bestbuy on my p.C while surfing internet. They asked me some of the routine questions and after that they declared me to be a winner of a contest and directed me to their web portal, but at the time of payment I, logged off. The next day I get a call from their executive and telling me of being selected in a contest and then he pursued me in making the payments. Now its been around a month and I am yet to recieve my order, and all this while upon enquiring they reply through a mail that there are some unavoidable circumstances and technical issues, they will dispatch my order shortly or in 7 to 10 working days. I am still awaiting my orders and even call from 100bestbuy.

Timtara.com not delivering product nor refunding my amount

I placed an order for a mobile phone (samsung galaxy s duos s7562) from timtara.Com on 24-nov-2012 10:05 pm. They promised me that they will deliver the product within 3 weeks. After calling/Mailing them several times for 6 weeks, on 05-jan-2013 they agreed to cancel the order and refund my money within 7 days. After that again they are not responding to any of my mails/Complaints. It is more than 2 months since I paid them through credit card. They are neither giving me my money back nor responding to any complaints I raise with them. Every time I call the customer care executive they say that they will refund me the money in 48 working hours but till date they have done nothing.. please help me in getting my money back. Also please put these frauds in jail as they are cheating hundreds of innocent customers.
