I am a Business Partner of One Stop Shop from about 2 years. This company closed there most of service. When I join as a BP the company take a amount of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand Only) to give me Air Ticket, Rail Ticket, Mobile and DTH Recharge, Insurance Premium Payment, Bus Booking, ect. But now all service are stop. There Coustomer care told me that the service of Mobile Recharge and DTH Recharge will start 4th March, but now told it start 7th march. This Company has no toll free number to call. When we call the care of this company charge me a STD charge. That is Customer Care?
