Bill Amount grievances by BSNL Broadband

I had given application for disconnection of broadband plan in starting of december. but i got bill amount added with the broadband charges.. somehow i paid that time and lodged a complain with the same exchange on 04/01/2013
and given complain id :669

this month i got bill again broadband charges are added.
tried calling the customer relation officer ,nobody responded.
