Datawind not providing my refund

Now its all over about Datawind. On 23rd may i started a complaint in grahak seva.The Datawind official response said that my query has forwarded to the concern department and my query will be solved as soon as possible. But till 29th may there was no action taken for my refund by them. I tried to contact them via email but no response from their side.They have provided me a wrong awb number ofblue dart(69000498663).

If i use my order number as a reference number (*PME1F3D3CE46*) to track my courier its showing information of different person though the order was mine.It seems that they have given device of my money to their relative living in Amritsar named Ankush. A have the proof of DD sent to you.All the emails are saved in my inbox.They offered me Ubislate7ci with extra payment of 500/- I accepted the offer 4 months back. But i don't have any faith on you.Waiting since 1 year for a 3rd class device which is having a lot of problems in software and hardware too.As i am astudent i have a lot of value for thismoney.Want my money back as soon as possible.

Money transaction problem with union bank

Fraudulent claims by Sony Xperia

I recently purchased a Sony Xperia L on the 25th of May 2013 from the mobile store in Ambience mall, Vasant Kunj. On the same day there was an advertisement on the fifth page of Hindustan Times which said that any Airtel customer buying an xperia L would be given 1GB data free for a month and on payment of Rs 500, the same would be enhanced to 5GB for 3 months.

After buying the phone and being an Airtel customer I was hoping to see the immediate activation of the same offer. However it did not happen. The next day I spent calling up the customer care centres of Airtel and 'The mobile store' and I was shocked to know that neither of them were even aware of the mentioned offer. what was more shocking was the nonchalant and callous attitude of the Xperia customer executives who barely made an effort to even understand the issue. I spoke to Rajeev Sharma first who promised a call back in 2 hours...did not happen. Then I spoke to Vinod who gave a ticket ID 94997028 and also promised a call back by Monday morning...did not happen. Today i.e. Monday noon I spoke to Utsav who promised a call back within one hour...did not happen. All three mentioned of a senior named Lalit Tekwani who was supposed to call...NEVER HAPPENED.

This is either a case of a fraudulent advertisement in a leading newspaper or a case of gross mis-communication with the participating partners. Either case, the customer should not be bearing the brunt.

Deduction of money by Reliance company

I have got reliance gsm connection.And i have got that 1Paisa per sms plan on my phone due to which my local and national sms are of 1Paisa per sms. but my complaint is that:  This month the company activated my 1paisa sms plan(as usual) on 25th may 2013 i.e ther deducted Rs26 from my balance for making it 1paisa plan, but they deducted the amount only but did not activated sms pack due to this my local sms deduction was Rs.1 per sms and national sms deduction was Rs 1.5 per sms i complaint about that in customer care but the people there did not respond rather they deducted Rs.13 more from my account on 26th may 2013.

I again complaint to revert back my at least one of the balance either Rs.26 or R13. and i told them if they will not do this i will complain in grahak seva. then they returned my Rs.13 back. but today on 29th may 2013 i got my phone recharged from 222 full talktime again on the trust that the company will not create any problem again in my sms pack, but they again started it, my sms deduction just after my recharge was Re.1. and when i called customer care they talk to me badly and said that we have not deducted any amount of Rs.26 and Rs.13 earlier also. and when i asked that why are u deducting Re.1 for my local sms as well as national sms even if u have charged Rs.26 (which they are denying) then they said they are not going to help me for that.

sir/mam u r my last hope please help me as soon as possible.

Cheated by indian health organization

Recently(on 11th may 2013) I got call from iho sales representetive, they desribed about health plan which I purchased on same day 11 th may 2013 by swippng my hdfc debit card. But after purchasing it I found that I was cheated on following aspects 1. They swipped my card for 12499 rs for policy of 5 members, but I recieved actual policy only for 4 membors worth 10000 rs. 2. They said it is going to be EMI based payment where money will be deducted on mothly basis, but in actual I found out that they deducte all money at once from my account. 3.

On call they said that they cover all doctors but. Actual when I recieved a welcomekit it says that they only cover doctors which are registered with there panel. 4. On call they also mentioned that I can cancel this policy within 30 days and I will get money immidiatly back, but now when I asked for cancellation they said that they will call me within 14 days and will just descuss on it and they will decide themself whether to return my money back or not. 5. In and all I was promised so many things by their sells representative but in actually policy had not at all those benifits promised on call.

Wrong Product Delivery on 6th April and delivered product is much cheaper.

Following with them from last 8 weeks, not responding, cheating customers. Case Id. 788514 logged on their online portal on 6th April and called their customer care 5-6 times, till now they have not taken any action, apart from giving assurance.

Balance deduction by Idea

In my number 9165914302 on 26-05-2013 Rs. 10 had been deducted by the company saying that I have downloaded the value pack. Sir I am using 1gb gprs plan for 30 days since 22-05-2013 and the remaining data is 600mb. When I called customer care and told to refund the amount they said that it is not possible because you have downloaded the value pack. But I have not downloaded such content they are saying I was just browsing a wapsite on my laptop.

Dear sar, Main Tata Docomo GSM Upovokta. Last 4Mahine se Network problem ho raha hain. Care ko bola to wo log boli sim change karlo thik ho jayega. Unki mutabik maine usi number ka new sim liya. Phir v wohi problem. Main dubara call kiya to wo bolta, mari areya gaon ka vag main parta. Wo log kuch nahi kar payenge. Mara shikayet a ki kiya hum gaon k log free main baat karte? kiya hum call k liye recharge nahi karte? Network ka bohut problem hain. Net open nahi hota, kisine call karta to bara bar call nahi lagta. Plz sar kuch kijiye plz....plz....plz.

TATA DOCOMO REMAINING BALANCE NOT REFUNDED 90 RUPEES

Reliance Broadband sent me a legal notice

I disconnected the connection from last year.But i got legal notice that i have to pay Rs6031.00 immediatly.They are not inform me why i have to pay such amount.

Non Delivery of goods worth Rs 26631/-

Dear, As I have ordered Lloyd FLS19A5C 1.5 Ton Split AC worth Rs 26631/- with shopping.indiatimes.com on 31st March, 2013 wide order No:3002172155, I filed complaint with Shopping.indiatimes.com wide case ID 8112332 Order No:3002172155 for non delivery issue after 20 days, Even after reporting this complaint after 55 days of time, I dint get delivery of the product. It is an inordinate delay , even after daily follow up, i didnt recieive any sigle call to inquring about the issue, or not get any satisfactorily justified reason., always telly excutive says that they have deliver the product to wrong person and they have mailed to supplier, and thay are trying to deliver the goods fast.

Now i Just want my money back.

pls help to keep me out of this.

Fraud ways of advitising

Today i got a reference of ZIVAME from my friend and got a mail from ZIVAME to get signup today in their site and get Rs.100 in your Zivame account ,so I done the whole process.and didnt get any Rs.100 so i contact customer care of zivame then they inform me that madam u r mistaken u will suppose to give 500 points not Rs.100..then i make her corrected nd sent a same mail which i received from ZIVAME.then she said ohh..its a technical mistake..its not like dat its 500points mam..Its a clear form of fraud advertising and gathered as much people as they can by showing RS.100 and once customer sign up with account then said ohh mam its a tech. error its not 100 Rs. Its 500 points...fraud ways of advertising and making fool of people...If anyone get this type of mail from ZIVAME then please do not sign up with this site.

REVERSAL OF EXCESSIVE BILLING BY AIRTEL

I am a customer of M/s. Airtel for the past 16 years. On 3/10/11 Blackberry services were activated on my mobile no. 9810003486 free of cost for two months from the company¿s side without my consent. I never used these services as it was not required in our operations. Thereafter the company has been charging
Rs. 299 + S.T etc. every month on these services till date which were never used or requested by me. On requesting them to reverse the same, they refuse to do so. Moreover, on 18th December 2012, I lodged a request to PORT out of Airtel services and change my operator.

I received a call from the company pleading me not to change the operator and assuring and promising me that they would be giving me a similar plan what I had opted for in Tata Teleservices which was approx. Rs. 1300 per month including taxes and unlimited usages. On 5/5/2013 when I talked to the Airtel representative, I was told that the plan has not been changed even after commitment of the same . I am being forced to pay amount excess of Rs. 2500/month instead of Rs. 1300/month approx.. which was committed to me. This is clear cut cheating by the company on the consumers. Even after committing, promising and recording the inputs of the consumer, the same are not being implemented and the cost is being squarely borne by the consumer.

BSNL Bollywood Hungama

An plan known as bollywood hungama movies, music and games is activated by itself company to my broadband 02172603797 and it is charging me 300/- rs per month from 3 months .
Last month i called the customer care and asked them to deactivate, then the authority said plan is unsubscribed and bill will be not added to next bill i.e may months bill but still they are adding the charges to my may months bill.

Balance Deduction due to unwanted charges by TATA DOCOMO

This is regarding my balance deduction from my tatadocomo simcard without intimating me. Tatadocomo activated some services at night (I.e. 3:00 am, 1:41 am etc.) and deducted my balance 120 Rs. I have made complaint, but company tell me we will give only 90 Rs. This happen in February 2013, but not given my balance. I have also send email to nodal officer of tatadocomo, I have all the proofs, in that companys executive replied me that we will refund your balance. 3 months gone, but balance not refunded, I have around 25 emails for proof. please salve my issue. I want satisfaction, I have losted my lot of time to write mail to tatadocomo, I want total cost of my money.
I have all the proofs in mail(written by tatadocomo company executive) please raise my issue and help me.......

Maruti Suzuki - Ertiga (engine oil leakage)

Writing this email with lot of dissappointment with respect to Maruti Suzuki premium segment car - Ertiga for which I spent ~8.5 lacs for having discomfort. Truly, there is no more proud feeling associated with the brand for which I have been loyal for almost 15 years and owning multiple variants.

1) Vehicle was delivered without minimum fuel at my residence. Hence, faced with disappointment when tried to start the vehicle for the first time and it did not start. Had to take empty containers for purchase of fuel late night. Pathetic service provided by Rana Motors, Gurgaon
2) Continuous dripping of engine oil. Spent almost 6 weekends in getting the repair done at workshops - Coral motors (Bareilly), Rana Motors (Gurgaon) & Apra motors (Gurgaon). But, the problem still persist.
3) Multiple times the underbody assembly has been opened to fix the problem
4) Second row A/c noise, though now fixed with multiple packing but has made the cabin and upholstery dirty
5) Continues noise from steering wheel and thud sound (engine & probably suspensions) when on uneven road
6) Sudden power loss in acceleration - local terminology "Missing"
7) Charge for topping of engine oil by Coral Motors though this is a manufacturing fault
8) Complaints registered with Maruti gets closed without resolution and taking feedback from customer

It has caused lot of inconvenience and that too with a new vehicle from the country renowned brand which is trusted by millions

Looking forward for a revert from your end.

Samsung LED 32 inches

Please check the trail mail which was written to samsung customer care till now the problem is not resolved. Please help me solving this problem.

This is my second and probally finally mail to Samsung.

on 1 Sep 2012 i bought 32 inches samsung led tV 32ES5600.

After 15 days tv started making noise when switch on or put it off.

it started increasing day by day. I called and registered the complaint to samung customer care in the month of January 2013. A Technichian visits and says every thing was fine. without even me explaining the problem to him.

Complaint No.8428975016.

He was very arrogent and shouted at the people in house.

This is what we get from samung for purchase the product.

After my regular follow up they agreed to test the tv in the customer care centre.

For one week TV was in customer care. Nothing was done expect tv was filled with dust when coming back.

Customer care claimed that issue is resolved.

To my surprise TV was having the same issue. Never resolved.

I later observed that TV was getting over heated and sound also increased.

Then i mailed CEO''s office. A Sr technican visited Place My name Bhaskar and adimtted of over heat and tipical noise heard from TV.

It is been more than a month now is yet to call me. Give the information about the issue.

Now you tell me should I hold this product any more. Should I recommend for any one.

Please iam really sorry to tell this. Tell me what is the procdure to retrun it.

Or take this bullshit idiot box to customer care and give it for free.

Your so called supervisor who is arrogant and does not even know to speak to customer.

He admits it is the know issue in the TV. When asked to give in writing which is declined.

My Account Being Debit Freezed by Kotak Mahindra bank with out any Intimation

Hi, The Services provided by Kotak bank is very Pathetic, they don't need customers, I have a Salary account with Kotak bank From Jan-2010 which had a tie up with my previous organisations, i Left it and have joined new organisation in Sep-2011 from that time i was told that your account has been changed to normal saving accounts, as per their normal saving account i was maintaining average balance say more than that, but recently they have debt freezed my account.

They do not have proper structure and proper procedure for Customers, They have harassed me a lot, Now i am in a urgent need of money and now they are denying it. they are not giving me my own money back, i am screwed, i would advice all of you not to keep your account with kotak as their document requirements change every alternate day, and they can do anything with your account. they are telling me to do whatever i can or any legal action that i want to take. Please help me against this as i am in need of my money due to some personal problem, The branch manager are Idiots as they also do not know any any procedure or code of conduct.
