Problem with nokia lumia 710

It is shocking that nokia customer care is stooping to such low levels to cheat its consumers.There were two problems

I purchase Nokia Lumia on 25.6 2012.After about eight months it developed two faults

1)device charging port has become loose and frequently stops charging

2)you can not talk using ear phone .voice can be received but does not go out, tested with other earphones same condition.i.e problem in device

As advised on their website that if usb port is loose you should contact nokia .So, the device was Shown to nokia care centre at sector 10 noida UP IndiaM/S Mannat telecom .Phone checked by service engineer who damages its usb port and then returns it saying that warranty is void as port is now damaged and demands 3500 rs for repairs..Now the phone can not be charged at all while previously I was able to charge it.

They refuse to repair both the problems saying warranty is void. Now their person breaks the port and then claims repair charge of Rs. 3500/-which is highly unfair.This is common manufacturing defect in nokia 710 as can be seen from online complaints.The phone has never suffered even slightest damage and only been used with nokia charger supplied with it.
The service engineer from nokia completely damages the charging pin and then claims warranty is void as pin is damaged.New method discovered by nokia to cheat people.

THE DEVICE WAS DAMAGED BY THEIR SERVICE ENGINEER AS EARLIER THE PORT WAS ONLY LOOSE.THE DEVICE SHOULD HAVE BEEN RETURNED AT LEAST IN THE SAME CONDITION IN WHICH IT WAS GIVEN TO THE SERVICE ENGINEER.WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DEEDS OF THEIR ENGINEER .When I contacted their customer care the first claimed that:  IT WAS CASE OF LIQUID DAMAGE AND WHEN I CONFRONTED THEM,THEY IMMEDIATELY CHANGED THEIR VERSION THAT IT WAS PHYSICAL DAMAGE .THIS CLEARLY SHOWS THEIR MALINTENTIONS.
