Reliance Communication cheating to innocent customers

Dear sir,

Reliance communication was offering me My roam plan on 1st Feb 2013 which was suppose to be activated with immediate effect within 48 hrs of communication but fact is that they have not activated the plan as on today. in fact i got a text message from 59111 on 2nd feb that issue has been resolved from their end.Sir you are only last hope to fight against reliance communication. Below mentioned is their email reply on 2nd Feb 2013.
