Birla Kettle repair

Dear Sir/Madam,

I bought a Birla Kettle on 10/3/2012 in the Reliance mall from Navsari (Gujarat). The product is under warranty and it had problem with it is not Heated when switch do on so water can't heated. We called the company customer care lots a time. But does not give any response every time he getting new answer about this kettle and the problem is unsolved with the company representative. We asked them to replace our product and increase my product warranty otherwise I will compliant in the head office. But neither they are changing our product nor solving the problem with the product. Now they have stopped listening to our complaint and most important thing is when i was purchased this product at that he said our delivery is very fast when coming any problem in this product we solved within 7 days, but he doesn’t solve this problem. My details of complaint number registered with the company are-(Date- 24/012/12, Date-24/05/12, Date- 30/12/12, compliant no- 3208 in reliance registered). The service center address of the company is - Birla service station Ahmadabad, but this office does not give any response at that office or any technician, so early as possible give me reply it’s an urgent.
