I ordered online a shoe brand puma & Adidas. I have payed the hdfc bank credit card through EMI on dated 26 jan 2013. this shoe was not deliver to me. I went and called from yebhi Customer care and found that there is not given any response he said to me everyday wait for 24 hr we will refund this amount. more then 7 days they call me 24 hr . I would like a file a case on Yebhi.com to make me waste my time, money, and give mental tension. I would also file this case stating that yebhi.com . When i called the customer care number and said the same they said to return the product. Please take my compliant seriously and please provide me a solution.
